POPIA Notice

Restart (Reg 2025/700827/07) processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). We collect only the information needed to process your order, verify payment, arrange delivery, and provide customer support — including your name, contact details, delivery address and order history.

Your information is shared only with parties directly involved in fulfilling your order (our courier partners and PayFast, our payment processor), and is never sold. It is protected using reasonable technical and organisational security measures and retained only for as long as legally required.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time, by emailing sales@restartauto.co.za.
